Privacy Policy

CRYOS · Briq Studio
Effective date: 31 May 2026
Briq Studio (“we”, “us”) makes CRYOS (the “Game”). This policy explains what information the Game handles, why, and your choices. We built the Game to collect as little as possible. We do not ask for your email, phone number, real name, precise location, contacts, photos, or any account login.

1. Information the Game handles

2. How the Game uses it

3. Device permissions

4. Services we share data with

We use a small number of trusted providers. Your leaderboard nickname, country code and score are processed by them so the feature can work:

Public leaderboard notice: the nickname and country you submit are visible to other players on the leaderboard. Please do not put personal information in your nickname.

5. Children’s privacy

The Game is suitable for, and may be used by, children (including ages 10–12). We take this seriously:

6. Data retention and deletion

7. Security

Your on-device save file is encrypted. Leaderboard data is transmitted over secure connections to Unity Gaming Services. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we use reasonable safeguards.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access or delete your data. Because we only hold a leaderboard nickname, country code and score, contact us and we will action your request.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The “Effective date” above shows the latest version, and significant changes will be reflected here.
