The Game is suitable for general audiences, including children aged 10 and above. If you are a minor in your country, you may use the Game only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the Google Play terms.
The Game may show advertising (for example via Google AdMob). For players treated as children, ads are non-personalized. Watching an optional rewarded ad may grant in-game rewards; rewards are virtual and have no cash value.
The Game, including its name, artwork, characters, audio and code, is owned by Briq Studio or its licensors and is protected by law. “CRYOS” and “Briq Studio” are our trademarks. You receive no rights other than the licence in Section 2.
The Game uses Unity Gaming Services and Google Play services, and may use Google AdMob. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the leaderboard will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Briq Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms. The “Effective date” above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
